The Return Policy of the Met Store is as follows: If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 90 days for an exchange or refund in the manner in which it was paid. Only merchandise that is in saleable condition can be refunded or exchanged; shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Memberships, donations, eGift Certificates, and Gift Cards are nonrefundable. All Clearance merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The Shipping Policy of the Met Store is as follows: They offer flat-rate shipping for each order within the US and Canada. Items shipped to any given address may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once per address. A flat rate of $12.95 applies for all orders within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses), and a flat rate of $39.95 applies for all orders to Canada. Shipping surcharges apply to certain oversized items. Shipping costs may also be influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Extra charges will be incurred for overweight or multiple carton shipments. Delivery times are as follows: Contiguous 48 states: 3–8 business days, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO: 5–15 business days, Canada: 5–10 business days. Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more is available now through 6/30/24. Available only to shipping addresses within the contiguous US. The flat rate for orders outside of the US and Canada is $54.95. For delivery outside the US and Canada, allow up to 15 business days (varies by location).
